
Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!
Man I can’t believe it’s the middle of April! The weather has been so nice lately, and when the weather is nice it seems like its easier to eat healthier. Am I the only one who is like that?
Well, we’ve got some clean meals coming up this week so stay tuned!!
Monday // Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Sautéed Veggies on the Side
I had this last week and it was a nice alternative to a heavy, carb filled wrap.
Tuesday // Spaghetti Squash with Ground Beef Meatballs and Marinara Sauce
You guessed it! More spaghetti squash because I honestly can’t get enough of it.
Wednesday // Sautéed Shrimp with Zucchini, Carrots, and Broccoli
This sounds very plain, but its full of yummy-ness with the seasoning I used!
Thursday // Leftovers
Friday // Pesto Chicken with Sweet Potatoes and Bacon Roasted Brussel Sprouts
I also can’t get enough pesto these days! I love how sweet fresh basil is.
Saturday // Salmon Burgers with Avocado-Mango Salsa and French Fries
I’ll put the salmon burger up here eventually. A great alternative to a red meat burger!
