Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!
Happy Monday! Today is the first tropical storm of the season for our area! My storm tracking hobby side of me is quite excited haha. Hopefully we just get lots of rain and that’s it! Not much else going on around here.

Monday // Croissant Sandwiches with Fries and Chips
This is basically a picnic meal but it sounds so easy and delicious!
Tuesday // Pan Fried Breaded Chicken Tenderloins with Bacon Brussel Sprouts and Homemade Sweet Potatoes Fries
Homemade sweet Potato fries is something I have yet to master. Trying my hand at it again this week.
Wednesday // Bacon Wrapped Sirloin with Bacon Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes and Rolls
We are big fans of bacon around here. I mean, who isn’t?!
Thursday // Leftovers
I look forward to not cooking on this night.
Friday // Lemon-Thyme Swordfish with Italian Roasted Potatoes and Sautéed Zucchini
Can’t go one week without having some fresh seafood!!
Saturday // Chicken Summer Salad with Raspberry Poppy Seed Dressing
This is a salad they make at Panera that is deliciously good!! Filled with spring mix, strawberries, blueberries, walnuts, pineapple, chicken and their fruity poppy seed dressing (that you can buy at the store) and its amazing!
