Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!
Monday // BBQ Chicken Thighs with Mac N Cheese with Salad
Okay, not the healthiest meal! Haha, but I have some BBQ sauce that needs to be used up!
I oven roast my chicken thighs and add the sauce every few minutes.
Tuesday // Chinese Shrimp Stir Fry
We have some left over shrimp and frozen veggies that we’ll incorporate with a type of stir-fry! Best parts about a stir-fry is they are quick and easy!
Wednesday // Breakfast Burritos with Hashbrowns and Fruit
A simple egg, bacon, and cheese burrito. So easy and we make some for left overs to have for breakfast the next day!
Thursday // Teriyaki Steak Bowl
This meal idea popped into my thoughts last week. Most likely we’ll make it with couscous, avocado, veggies, and some sort of topping. Hopefully it turns out as good as I think it will!
Friday // Chicken Parmesan Pasta
Okay, this meal is the best meal I make. It is so delicious! Breaded chicken that is slowly fried, then baked with cheese on top, with yummy tomato basil sauce and spaghetti. Ohhhh man its so good! It makes for great left overs too!
