Meal Plan Monday #30

Hi guys! Happy Meal Plan Monday!

Well, it has been quite the year. This will be the last Meal Plan Monday post for the year! We will be flying home to be with family over the holidays and busier than ever.

I hope you all have enjoyed the meal plans through out the year! If you click on the “Meal Plan Mondays” tab above it will take you to a page where you can click on any of the meal plan weeks #1 through #30!

What is one thing you are looking forward to over the Holiday season? I know I am looking forward to being at my childhood home for Christmas. I have not been home home for Christmas Day in 4 years. We have been living in different states and too far away to travel. So this is the year I am looking forward to!

The meal plans will resume starting the first full week in January, of 2020… Woah 2020! That seems almost impossible that time has gone by that fast.

The Short Wife will also have some exciting news (hopefully) for the coming year for you all.

I hope you enjoy the meals for this week! Thanks for following along!

Monday // Chicken in Paprika Cream Sauce with Zoodles

This meal is so yummy. The paprika cream sauce is delicious and not too heavy. It adds to the chicken for a full flavor meal.

Tuesday // Lemon-Thyme Sword Fish with Rice Pilaf and Broccoli

Sword fish is one of my favorite things to make. Because its so delicate it is easy to over cook it. But so delicious if its made right!

Wednesday // Reverse Seared Ribeye with Mashed Potatoes and Bacon Green Beans

This meal is labor intensive… Well, not really but cooking 3 totally different elements will require some good timing skills. And also the helping hand of my husband who doesn’t know he is helping yet!

However, I don’t thing he will have a problem with it since this is the best thing he makes.

Thursday // Sausage & Tortellini Soup

I found a recipe for this type of soup and it looks delicious and easy! It will also make for some great leftovers.

Friday // Out To Dinner!

Oh yep, that’s right. Only 4 meals for this week since we will be flying out suppppper early the next day. But a night out for dinner may just be what we need.

Thanks for reading! See you guys next year!
