
Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!
Hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy. Our new home state has now started the first phase of reopening! The non essential businesses are allowed to be open now.
Excited to see things (hopefully) go back to semi-normal in the future!

Monday // Homemade Chipotle Bowls
Rice, spiced chicken, black beans, lettuce, cheese, and guacamole. Does it get any better?
Tuesday // Lobster Rolls with Fries and Fruit
I saw some lobster at the store last week and so now we are craving some lobster rolls!
Wednesday // Steak Tips in Red Wine Pan Sauce with Rice and Green Beans
Literally our favorite meal. I should be able to make this blind folded by now.
Thursday // Leftovers
Friday // Almond Crusted Tilapia with Butter Pasta and Broccoli
This is such an easy meal and super delicious. I just use some crushed almonds and bread crumbs and then pan sear the tilapia!
Saturday // BBQ Chicken Wings with Mac N Cheese and Corn on the Cob
Since we live in a BBQ state it’s about time I make some BBQ! Did you know that there are 2 types of BBQ sauce for NC? There is Western NC Sauce and then an Eastern (low country) BBQ sauce. The Eastern BBQ sauce is mustard-based!
