Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!
Another Monday, another meal plan!
I was writing out a list of meals that I make for my husband this weekend. I made it so he can have some more say, if he wants, in what we eat for dinner. And I realized I make a lot of the same meals! I was a little surprised. You may not feel like that, but I do. I saw a lot of repeat meals, so I feel as though I have been a little lazy with my creative meal planning.
So, it’s time to step it up a notch! I looked back through some old meals that I haven’t made in years (literally) and will make some of those.
And stay tuned for next week as I asked the Instagram world what they wanted me to cook. I will be making five brand NEW meals next week! I am ready for the challenge!
Hope you enjoy these meals for the week!
Monday // Italian Sausage Tortellini
What, can I say? Cheesy Pasta with flavorful sausage and a creamy tomato sauce, yes please! Makes for great leftovers
Tuesday // Chicken in Rice with Garlicky Green beans
I like this version of chicken and rice because you bake it all together and the flavors meld together!
Wednesday // Pan Seared Salmon with CousCous and Bacon Green Beans
Seared fresh fish is so easy, healthy, and delicious! Salmon is easily one of our favorite seafood items. And this meals only takes 30 minutes!
Thursday // Tuna Poke with Sushi Rice
I made this a couple of weeks ago and my husband absolutely loves it! So, we are making it again.
Friday // Seared Steak with Bacon Pan Sauce and Baked Sweet Potatoes
This is one of those recipes I have only made once and it was about two years ago! I remember it being pretty good, and lets be honest… anything I make is good! (Haha, just kidding)
That’s all the meals for this week! We hope you enjoyed them! Let us know in the comments below what some of your favorite meal plans are.
