
Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!
I have been cooking some major meals these last couple of weeks. So, I needed some easier throw together meals I don’t really have to think about.

Monday // Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup
Such an easy meal, and so yummy!
Tuesday // Bulgogi with Jasmine Rice
This is Joanna Gaines “Mom’s Bulgogi” recipe and its so good! Super delicious and sweet.
Wednesday // Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas
This is also an easy meal. Throw everything on a sheet and bake it. Then make your fajita at the end!
Thursday // Brown Sugar Ham with Couscous and Roasted Broccoli
This meal is so easy I could make it blind folded. Makes for great leftovers too!
Friday // Salmon Burgers With Mango-Avocado Salsa and Cinnamon Honey Sweet Potatoes
These burgers are so delicious! Yummy flavors and a nice change from a red meat burger.
