
Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!
Happy Memorial Day! I hope you are your families and friends are having a great weekend!
It seems as if most states have reopened, or started the reopening process, and people are out and about again! I’m thankful for that and that we FINALLY get to explore our little town for the first time!
We hope you enjoy these meals this week!
Monday // Out to dinner for us!
Seriously, so thankful we actually get to have a date night.
Tuesday // Tuscan Chicken Pasta with Garlic Bread
This recipe is delicious and oh so NOT healthy for you. I will also be using a new dressing that a company called “Semper Savage” sent me to review and try out! Look for that review this week on the blog.
Wednesday // Bacon-Wrapped Sirloin with Balsamic Roasted Veggies and Mashed Potatoes
This is another dressing/marinade the same company as above sent me. We are going to roast the veggies in this and see how they turn out!
Thursday // Leftover Night
Friday // Red Thai Curry Shrimp with Rice and Sugar Snap Peas
This is one of my Husband’s favorite meals. It is creamy and delicious!! We also absolutely love Indian Style food.
Saturday // Creamy Pesto Chicken Tortellini
Give me all the carbs and cheese I can get please. Don’t worry we will add in some veggies to make this a “healthier” meal!
