Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!
Happy New Year! We have been relaxing eating and playing with the puppies during this break.
January is my birthday month as well as Kylo’s too! Anndddd my husband and I’s anniversary too! Good luck to him for gifts since Christmas just happened!

Monday // Homemade Chicken Chipotle Bowls
Always a great meal. It’s easy and makes for great leftovers.
Tuesday // Bacon-Wrapped Sirloin with Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes, Roasted Broccoli and Parmesan Orzo
We haven’t made a good steak in awhile so it’s time to make one!
Wednesday // Homemade Pizzas!
Brendan got me a new pizza pan that I’ve been wanting and so we are going to break this bad boy out for the first time!
Thursday // Leftovers
Friday // Spinach and Chicken Salad with fruit and Avocado’s
After eating all that pizza, we need to throw some more fruits and veggies in there!
Saturday // Almond Crusted Tilapia with Garlicky Green Beans and Rice Pilaf
The almond crusted tilapia is super easy and gives the fish a nice crunch!
