Hello! Happy (almost) March! I feel like February always goes by so quick, right? Nothing crazy going on in our lives over here.

I hope you enjoy this weeks meal plan. What is your favorite meal to make during the week?

Monday // Spring Mix Salad with Grilled Chicken, Berries, Fruit, Pumpkin Seeds, Avocado, and Croutons!

We were on a big salad quick there for a couple months. I would make this once every week because its easy, healthy, and yummy!

Tuesday // Crab Stuffed Salmon with Roasted Green Beans and Israeli Couscous

I have both bought and made this! They’re about the same price, and taste the same, so now I just buy it to save myself the time!

Wednesday // Spaghetti and Meatballs

I love a good spaghetti and meatball night. They make great leftovers! and when I’m feeling really chef like I make the noodles myself.

Thursday // Leftovers

Thursday is always our leftovers night!

Friday // Tuna Poke Bowls

I know a lot of people don’t like sushi or raw fish, however, we are NOT in that club! We could both eat seafood every day. Its so delicious! I don’t make this meal often as I have to drive about 40 minutes to get the sashimi grade fish. Definitely worth it!

Saturday // Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Chicken Noodle Soup

Yes, another staple! I’ve been loving gouda cheese lately so I’ll be using that with some American cheese!
