Happy March! Our Spring weather is coming in nicely and the puppy dogs and I are absolutely loving it. I am currently writing this meal plan in our screened in porch. 72 degrees outside, light breeze, and just an overall beautiful day.

Monday // Lemon Pepper Chicken With Parmesan Asparagus and Rolls
I made this recipe up a few weeks ago and it turned out absolutely amazing! It’ll be up on the blog soon!
Tuesday // Butter Seared Scallops with Wild Rice and Bacon Brussel Sprouts
I really cannot get enough of seafood. I would eat it everyday! And if you haven’t tried bacon with your Brussel Sprouts, you’re missing out on life.
Wednesday // Shrimp Veggie Stir Fry
Not entirely sure what is going into this yet but we’ll figure it out!
Thursday // Leftovers
Thursday is always our leftovers night!
Friday // Italian Sausage with Cheese Tortellini In Marinara Sauce
I also love pasta, like a lot. I could also eat this every day but that isn’t the best choice at my age, haha!
Saturday //Baked Chicken Drumsticks with Side Salad and Roasted Broccoli and Green Beans
We used to eat drum sticks all the time as a kid. I don’t make them that often so time to bring back those memories!
