This year is the year of goals. So, with that in mind I am going to post my meal plans every week!
Each week I plan out what we are having for dinner almost every night of the week. I LOVE doing this because it helps me to be prepared for the week, eat healthier meals, and continue my love for cooking.

Here are the meals for this week!
Monday // Beef and Broccoli with Chinese noodles
This meal is really easy and always yummy. It makes for great leftovers too!
Tuesday // Chicken and Chorizo Paella
This is the first time I have made Paella, but I’ve heard its delicious!
Wednesday // Italian Turkey Sausage Tortellini with Spinach and Tomatoes
I love this meal because it have so many flavors, isn’t hard, and has cheese and pasta. Win Win!
Thursday // Baked Garlic & Herb Chicken with Cinnamon + Paprika Sweet Potatoes
As you can see, I follow a trend of easy meals. Seasoned chicken that’s baked to perfection, with cut up sweet potatoes that are delicious.
Friday // Italian Meat Stromboli with Marinara Sauce
Okay, this meal isn’t the easiest because I make the dough myself, and it takes a few hours but it is DELICIOUS! It is compromised of Canadian Bacon, Salami, Capicola, and Prosciutto. Plus provolone and Parmesan cheese with red peppers inside!
Saturday // Burgers with Parmesan Orzo and Roasted Green Beans
Build the burgers with fresh cheddar, tomatoes, lettuce and whatever other toppings you like! And then you round the meal out with some orzo and green beans.
Some of you might be asking, “Where do you get these recipes?”
I have an answer! Most of them I get from my favorite cookbook called “Cooking for Two”! And then also Pinterest, and then some are my own creation too!
