Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!
As I have been working on goals this month I am noticing more often than not what kinds of food affect my body more than others.
So the goal this week was cut back on simple, processed carbohydrates and dairy! I and I think I did just that.
I am looking forward to eating some good, whole food.

Monday // Black Bean Chicken Bowls
This is a recipe I am making up. Basically it is Chipotle but the base will be black beans. Seasoned chicken breasts, brown rice, and some homemade guacamole!
Tuesday // Greek Lamb Bowls
This meal is reoccurring in my meal plans a lot. why? Because its GOOD!
Ground seasoned lamb, chick peas, brown rice, tzatziki sauce, garlickly green beans, shredded carrots. A bowl full of goodness!
Wednesday // Bacon Wrapped Sirloin with Thin Potatoes and Green Beans
I cook the steak the same way we cook our rib eyes, with a reverse sear method. Baked in the oven first at a low temp, then pan seared with butter, garlic and thyme.
Thin potatoes are russett potatoes that I slice super thin, season with some italian herbs and paprika and bake.
Thursday // Left Overs!
Friday // Sheet Pan Sausage and Roasted Veggies
Apparently I really like throw it in a bowl meals. I mean they are really good. Sausage, potatoes, broccoli, squash and maybe some avocado’s!
Saturday // Baked Chicken with Sweet Potatoes, Corn and Rolls
Can’t go wrong with some simple protein and veggies meal. Simple, easy, and healthy!
