Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!
Today is a great day. Why? Because its a huge birthday day!!
Happy birthday to one of my greatest Friends, Niki! Who is amazing and just started her Life Coaching Biz!
Happy Birthday to my adorable little niece Piper who is 6!!
and Happy birthday to my Grandmother-in-law, Grandma Betty!
Alright back to the meal plan. The last week I have been DIVING into learning more about real food. Every different sort of vegetable and fruit, types of cheese, dairy, everything.
One of my reasons I publish this meal plan each week is to, hopefully, inspire some of you to get into your kitchens and enjoy the art of cooking.
I know it can be a a chore for some, but I just fell in love with it.
And I hope these meal plans help in the ideas of what to cook!
As always, you can tag along with us on Instagram. Enjoy your week, readers
Monday // Chicken and Rice w/ Salad & Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes
Chicken thighs cooked in some rice, with a little side of salad. The salad will have spinach, walnuts, and strawberries.
Tuesday // Lemon-Steamed Sole with Green Pea Sauce, Couscous and Bacon Green Beans
This is a NEW recipe that I am attempting. It looks absolutely delicious .
And Israeli CousCous is one of my favorite side dished to go with fish because its light and fluffy. And My favorite veggie with bacon.
Wednesday // Pork Tenderloin with Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus, and Gravy
Looking back at pictures of what I have made this picture stuck out and looked gooood.
So we’re making it again this week!
Thursday // LEFTOVERS!
Friday // Steak Medallion on top of Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Roasted Carrots and Brussels Sprouts
This is one of those meals I am completely making up. I am slowly getting better at it and hope this meal turns out well!
Saturday // Beef Ramen Noodle Soup
I am also trying to curate my own recipe of this too. Looking around at what makes a good ramen.
Let’s hope it turns out good!
That’s all of the meals for this week! I hope you guys enjoy them as much as we do!
