Meal Plan Monday #37

Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!

Alright guys, these meals are brought to you by the Instagram world! I did this quite a few months ago, where I asked my followers what they wanted to see me cook.

I did this again and they gave me some HARD meals! Which I am glad because it gives me a challenge. However, depending on how this week goes, I might not be cooking for awhile.

I chose five meals and they all look so delicious! Hopefully they turn out that way as well.

Want to see how they turn out? Follow us over on Instagram to see all the videos and pictures 🙂

Monday // Seafood Paella

I have made a version of Paella sometime ago and it turned out pretty good! Paella is a traditional Spanish dish with rice and seafood. And one of its signature seasonings in it is Saffron.

Tuesday // Roast Chicken with Red Wine Demi-Glacé over Polenta with Bacon Coated Broccoli

Okay, the picture on the website makes my mouth WATER. I have never made Polenta but its similar to the texture of mashed potatoes but made of finely ground corn.

Wednesday // Spaghetti Squash Shrimp Alfredo

My sister suggested this meal to me. I successfully taught her how to cook a spaghetti squash too! I home make my Alfredo sauce too, so this will be good!

Thursday // Taking a Break

I’ll be cooking my life away this week so give me a break, guys.

Friday // Apple Gouda Stuffed Chicken with Roasted Sweet Potatoes

I don’t usually stuff my chicken with anything. But this recipe looked delicious and savory and sweet. Excited to try it!

Saturday // Homemade Pizza

I have tried my hand at homemade pizza before and it has only gone OK. This is probably the meal that I get the most frustrated with. The dough is hard to nail and if its not right (still tastes good) I get MAD. And then I just have to remake it.

It’s time to conquer it!

That’s all the meals for this week! We hope you enjoyed them! Let us know in the comments below what some of your favorite meal plans are.

Thanks for reading,
