
Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!
Man the month of March seems to be going by so fast! Did you all fill out your March Madness brackets? I did! And of course I’m in last place or close to it haha.
Now that spring is around the corner I am getting the yard spruced up! Enjoy this weeks meals!
Monday // Crab Cakes with Bacon Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Wild Rice
I have been on a big kick with this meal lately, just too yummy not to eat!
Tuesday // Salmon Burgers with French Fries
Yes, I know call me crazy. Seafood two nights in a row? I’m telling you I could truly become a pescatarian.
Wednesday // Homemade Chipotle Chicken Bowls
This is an easy meal that always makes for great leftovers! I’ll throw the recipe on here eventually!
Thursday // Leftovers
Friday // Spaghetti Squash with Meatballs and Garlic Bread
I have some frozen ground beef that I found when looking though the freezer this past week. Time to use it up!
Saturday // Breaded Chicken Tenders with Parmesan Orzo and Green Beans
I just needed an easy meal to fill for the rest of this week.
