It’s Monday which means a new meal plan and new recipes!
Last week I tried 2 new things, steaming clams and also lobster! The clams turned out pretty well and so did the Lobster. I am loving trying new things that I have never eaten or cooked, it’s so fun!
So this week we are incorporating things that are in the pantry and freezer that haven’t been used yet. Because if I don’t use them now we all know they probably won’t get used.

Monday // BBQ Chicken Pizza
I have some leftover Naan from last weeks greek meal. So I am going to use that as the crust, sauté some red onions, cook up some chicken and throw BBQ sauce on there. Along with some cheese, never forget the cheese and bake it at 400 for about 10 minutes.
There you have it! BBQ chicken pizza.
Tuesday // Mediterranean Steak Cuisine
Okay, that name is kind of made up. I’m basically throwing together a bunch of “Mediterranean” ingredients and we’ll eat them.
Seasoned steak, Couscous, zucchini, grape tomatoes, roasted chickpeas, and red peppers all thrown together. This is the recipe I found that I am basing the meal off of. Click Here.
Wednesday // Marinated Chicken with Sweet Potatoes and Snap Peas
So, not sure what meat I will get yet, but you know how they always have pre-marinated meat at the grocery store and it looks amazing? Yeah I’m going to do that.
Also going to roast some sweet potatoes with cinnamon and paprika and boil some snap peas.
Very easy meal to throw together!
Thursday // Cheeseburgers with Waffle Fries and Fruit
I have some Bubba Burgers that are in the freezer ready to be used.
Throw some bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles on there, yum!
And of course you can’t have burgers without fries.
Friday // Lemon-Herb Cod with Crispy Garlic Potatoes and Garlicky Green Beans
I am going to cook the Cod in some foil packets with all of the seasoning.

Saturday // Pasta Carbonara
If you have never heard of Carbonara, its amazing, but go look it up.
I call it “breakfast pasta”. Cheese, eggs and bacon with fresh herbs and pasta!
Ya can’t go wrong with anything that has cheese and Bacon.
