Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!
This week is a BIG WEEK!
Why? Because its California Girls Trip week!!
I have 3 girlfriends coming in and we have a jam packed schedule of so many fun things to do.
Thankfully we live in one of the coolest cities in the USA!
Kayaking, hiking, shopping, beaching, wineries, and so much more!
But enough about that… Here are your meals for the week!!

Monday // Marinated Chicken Breast with Sweet Potatoes and Fruit on the side
Most likely I will grab some marinated chicken from the grocery store and bake it. I needed an easy meal as we are so busy this week!
Tuesday // Juicy Cheeseburgers with Roasted Potato Wedges
I have been craving burgers for a long time. And I am not usually a big burger fan. So I am going all out.
Toasted bun, avocado, bacon, cheese, lettuce, all the fixings!
Wednesday // Steak in Red Wine Pan Sauce, Rice, Roasted Broccoli and Dinner Rolls
This meal, I am gracing my friends with and we are all excited about it!
Thursday // Chicken in Creamy Paprika Sauce with Bacon Green Beans And Cheddar Chipotle Mashed Potatoes
This meal is also for all of our guests coming over.
A creamy white sauce seasoned with paprika, mashed potatoes flavored with spice and cheese, and of course my new favorite side, Bacon green beans!
Friday // Leftovers!
Saturday // Butternut Squash Soup
This soup is perfect for fall! Made with apples, spices, and roasted butternut squash. Super delish!
