Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!
Hi guys! I hope you all are doing well!
I am finally starting to get over this weird cold of mine. Feels good to start feeling better!
Also, Happy Halloween! I hope you get to eat lots of candy this week.

Monday // Grilled Breakfast Sandwiches
I just love breakfast food for dinner. And we have lots of bagels left over from family being here, so this is the perfect reason to use them!
Everything bagels, eggs, fresh cheddar cheese, turkey, bacon, and avocado!
Tuesday // Fettuccine Shrimp Alfredo
Since I made my own Alfredo sauce a couple months ago I have been wanting it all the time. So good!
You have to use heavy cream and fresh Parmesan to really make a difference!
Wednesday // Slow Cooker Chicken Quesadillas!
These are the BEST quesadillas you will ever make!
Thursday // Greek Quinoa Bowl
These Greek bowls are sooo yummy!
Quinoa, chick peas, Tzatziki sauce, Greek seasoned lamb, garlicky green beans and cucumbers.
Friday // Almond Crusted Tilapia With Cheesy Gnocchi and Strawberry Spinach Salad
I have not done a nut crusted fish yet, and this sounded really good this week. Hopefully it turns out well!
