Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!
WE BOUGHT A HOUSE!!!!! AHH!!!
I feel like I haven’t meal planned in a long time. However, it’s only been 2 weeks since I last posted one. We ate out every night and we both are sick of it!
However, we have been busy with house things. Such as, painting, repairing the faucet, moving in, cleaning, more painting, 27 trips to Lowe’s or ACE hardware, and then some more painting. We feel so blessed to be in a house that we love! We already have met some great neighbors and are so happy to be settled for awhile.

Monday // Ham with Green Beans & Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes
We had some leftover meals from the previous week because we have been so busy with the NEW HOUSE! So thankfully the ham is still good!
Tuesday // Pancakes, Crunchy Breakfast Potatoes, Bacon, Fruit
Yep. I have some unopened pancake mix and we love breakfast food. Perfect meal anytime of day.
Wednesday // Salmon with Couscous and Strawberry Spinach Salad
What is a weekly dinner menu without salmon or seafood?! I could eat fish every day for the rest of my life.
Thursday // Leftovers
Friday // Reverse Sear Ribeye Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Rolls and Roasted Broccoli
I have been craving a good steak lately! I can’t wait to make this. It’s mouth watering. And if you haven’t made a reserve sear method for a steak, you’re missing out!
Saturday // Homemade Pesto Pasta with Shredded Chicken and Bread
I made this back in California and it turned out amazing! I will homemade the pasta and also the pesto sauce. I’m so excited to get my hands dirty!
