Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!
Happy Memorial Day! I hope you get the chance today to take a moment of silence and remember those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Many families are mourning on this day as they are missing a loved one.
Being a military spouse I do not take this holiday lightly, as its very real and meaningful for service members. Thank you to the families of service members who paid that sacrifice, I am utterly grateful and you are in my thoughts and prayers today.
I am honored to be apart of the military community!

Monday // Banza Pasta with Pesto Sauce, Chicken, and Roasted Vegetables
Banza pasta, which is a brand that makes noodles out of chick peas, is pretty good! Its relatively new to me and I will take the healthy option for pasta!
Tuesday // Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas with Rice and Beans
I love Mexican food, how about you?
Wednesday // Cesar Salad with Grilled Chicken
I have been on a big Cesar salad kick lately. Some good chicken, spring mix, Cesar dressing, cucumbers, and avocado’s= yummy!
Thursday // Leftovers
Friday // Filet Mignon Steak with Mashes Potatoes, Gravy, and Green Beans
My husband is a fan of Ribeye, which is a good steak. But I think my favorite is Filet Mignon!
Saturday // Turkey Croissant Sandwiches with Fruit and Chips
I plan (plan, we’ll see if it happens) on painting our guest bathroom this weekend and will need something easy to make for dinner!
