Monday // Greek Lemon-Garlic Chicken with Orzo & French Green Beans
This is a new recipe but I love Greek food and am so excited to try this out. This will make great leftovers!
Tuesday // Slow Cooker Roast Pork with Rice Pilaf & Broccoli
Is there anything better than just throwing food in a crock pot and letting it do the work? Nope! Paired with a nice side of steamed broccoli and some rice pilaf. Yum!
Wednesday // Pork Carnitas Tacos with Cilantro Lime Rice and Black Beans
The leftovers from the slow cooked pork will make for the meat of these tacos. How perfect!
Thursday // Beer Battered Cod with Thin Potatoes & Roasted Broccoli
This is a recipe form Gordon Ramsey and it is soooo good. Made it a couple of months ago and we’ve been wanting to make it again. So this is a great meal for this week!
Friday // Ground Beef Chili and Cinnamon Rolls
This is a Midwesterns favorite meal. I remember in high school or lunches when they would serve this with a big, gigantic cinnamon roll with warm frosting. Ohhh so yummy!
