Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!

I hope you all are having a fantastic week and Happy Veterans day! Thank you to all who have served and fought for our freedom.
This week we are trying some old and some new meals. And a meal that I totally skipped a couple of weeks ago because life got in the way.
As the last couple months of the year comes towards us I feel like we get busier and busier with events, dinners, friends-givings, and all other holiday parties. But this is such a fun time of year!
Well, here are this weeks meals. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do! And as always, follow us along on Instagram to see how I am cooking everything!
Monday // Chicken Noodle Soup with Rolls
This time of the year calls for soups! What is better than a bowl of warm soup on a cold day?
Next week I think we’ll be making some chili with cinnamon rolls! Think that sounds weird? If you do, you’re not from the Midwest.
Tuesday // Bacon Wrapped Sirloin with Mashed Potatoes & Gravy with Squash Veggies
I mostly just wanted some mashed potatoes this week. But For the steak I do a reverse sear method which is where you bake it first, and then sear it on the stove top.
Wednesday // Almond Crusted Tilapia With CousCous & Green Beans
Well, this is the meal that I didn’t make a few weeks ago. So we are trying out hand at it again!
Thursday // Shrimp Burgers on Brioche Buns with Salad & Baked Sweet Potatoes
I did Salmon Burgers a couple of weeks ago and really liked them. So, this time we are doing Shrimp burgers! Just as easy and delicious.
Friday // Parmesan & Basil- Stuffed Chicken with Roasted Brown Sugar Carrots and Broccolini
This is a new one. I have bought pre-made stuffed Chicken before but I have never actually made it myself. I am very looking forward to trying my hand at this!
