
Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!
We had a busy week ahead and we had a fun filled weekend with my in laws coming to visit! We tried all the downtown restaurants, took our pup to the park, got to go meet our NEW puppy (ah!), and spent some much needed family time together.

Monday // Lemon Butter Seared Scallops with Cheesy Potatoes and Green Beans
I have only tried cooking scallops one time. I got them right so lets hope I can do it again!
Tuesday // Chicken Gnocchi Soup & BACHELORETTE NIGHT!
I needed something easy for this day as it will be busy and I have all of my new friends coming over to watch the new season of bachelorette!!! Also, if you want EASY clean up, then go ahead and grab yourself some of these crockpot liners!! They are amazing.
Wednesday // Carne Asada Tacos with Guacamole and Mexican Rice

I haven’t made curry in a while and its one of my favorite things to eat!
