
Happy Meal Plan Monday, Readers!
THIS IS THE 100th MEAL PLAN!!! WOOOO!!!
Man, can’t believe I created 100 of these plans! Pretty proud if I do say so myself.
With that being said, we are actually taking a break from creating the weekly meal plans to focus on other content. Sad sad, I know. But they will come back toward the end of the year! They’re not going away forever!

Monday // Pan Seared Scallops with Wild Rice and Roasted Broccoli
We haven’t made scallops in a little bit and that has been my new favorite seafood item lately. Easier to cook than you think!
Tuesday // Chicken Gnocchi Soup with French Bread
This is an all time favorite for everyone I make it for. Its good anytime of the year!
Wednesday // Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches with Fruit
Who wants a plain old sandwich on wheat or white bread when you can make it fancy with a croissant?
Thursday // Leftovers
Friday // Seasoned Salmon with Couscous and Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes
I have a seasoning mixture given to me by a family member that is perfect for searing salmon! And if you’ve never had pearled couscous you’re missing out!
Saturday // Reverse Sear Ribeye Steak with Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, and Roasted Zucchini
Taking this last meal for meal plan 100 out with a bang! This is the most delicious meal. My husbands favorite too! Look up and try a reverse sear method for cooking a steak, you’ll never go back!
